1. No refunds
All fees paid to M&I Investments Group, Inc. are non-refundable once work has begun. Because our services involve confidential review and custom document preparation, work product cannot be returned, withdrawn, or resold once started.
2. Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before your scheduled consultation: reschedule at no charge.
- Within 48 hours: a $75 cancellation fee applies, or you may apply the deposit toward a future appointment within 90 days.
- No-show: the full session fee is forfeited.
3. Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you will receive either a full refund of any unearned fees or the option to reschedule at your preferred time.
4. Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can address your concern directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated fees.
